Booking questions
Deposits?
Some plans may require a small deposit to reserve time in your local pod. If used, it’s applied to your first week.
Cancellations?
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 3 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. With less than 3 hours’ notice, the service may be charged in full unless a different rule is shown before checkout.
Multi-pet?
Multi-pet homes are supported. Pricing typically scales with total time and handling complexity, not just headcount.
