This policy explains how Petverse handles information when you use our website, planner, help center, and Petverse OS.

• Information you provide: name, contact details, ZIP, pet profile details, routine preferences, service requests, notes, and communications.
• Usage data: device and browser signals, pages viewed, and feature interactions (for performance and product improvement).
• Location signals: when you choose “Use my location”, we may request device location to suggest a nearby ZIP. You can always enter a ZIP manually.
• Caregiver calendar data: if you choose to connect Google Calendar in the Petverse Caregiver app, we receive your Google account email, calendar event details needed for caregiver scheduling, OAuth connection credentials, and identifiers for Petverse-created visit events.

We use information to:

• confirm coverage and availability by ZIP
• build and refine care plans
• coordinate booking flows and service updates
• identify schedule conflicts and synchronize Petverse visits when you connect a calendar
• provide customer support and safety reporting workflows
• improve reliability, performance, and usability

This integration applies to the Petverse Caregiver app. Connecting Google Calendar is optional, and Petverse requests permission only after a caregiver chooses to connect it. A future client-calendar connection would use a separate consent flow and connection.

• Access and permissions: Petverse requests Google Calendar event access and your Google account email. Calendar access lets Petverse read event timing and relevant event details, identify scheduling conflicts, and manage Petverse visit events.
• How we use it: Petverse may read event dates, times, titles, locations, and related details needed for conflict checks and synchronization. Petverse creates, updates, or removes only events identified as Petverse visits; it does not modify unrelated calendar events.
• Storage and retention: Petverse stores the OAuth connection credentials, connected account email, calendar identifier, Petverse event identifiers, and minimal synchronization status in restricted server-side systems. Unrelated Google Calendar events are processed for scheduling and are not stored as a separate calendar archive. Petverse visit and synchronization records may be retained under the visit-history schedule below.
• Sharing: Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. It is shared only with service providers acting for Petverse as needed to host and operate calendar synchronization, when you direct us, or when required by law.
• Disconnect and deletion: you can disconnect Google Calendar in Petverse at any time. Disconnecting deletes Petverse's stored OAuth connection credentials and stops future synchronization. You can also revoke Petverse in your Google Account permissions and may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact information below.

Petverse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We share information only as needed to operate Petverse:

• with service providers that support our operations (e.g., payments, analytics, communications)
• with caregivers and operations teams for scheduling and visit execution
• when required by law or to protect safety

We do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Petverse does not store full card numbers.

We retain information only as long as needed for operations, support, and legal obligations.

• Leads/contact records: 18 months after last activity.
• Planner intake: 24 months, then anonymized where possible.
• Visit history: 3 years for operational history.
• Incident reports: up to 7 years when required for safety or legal review.
• Logs/analytics: 90 days for logs, 13 months for analytics events.

We may adjust these windows based on operational needs or legal requirements.

We use access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.

You can manage cookie settings, update preferences, or request access to your data.

• Cookie preferences for analytics and preference controls.
• Manage email preferences where available in your account or by contacting support.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@support.petverse-inc.com.

Petverse uses SMS to help you confirm coverage, continue a plan, coordinate bookings, and receive time-sensitive updates.

To opt in, you must enter your mobile number and actively check the consent box before submitting.

By checking the consent box during account creation or service booking, I hereby agree to receive SMS messages from Petverse related to scheduling, service updates, and account support.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and bookings.
